We are so excited to announce two upcoming performances that our studio will be participating in!
Mark your calendars now and join us later!
I am excited to announce that Ms. Laural Hargrove will be joining our faculty once again. She will be teaching an Adult Beginners Tap Class starting Tuesday, August 10th at 7:00 p.m.
Tap is a fun way to get some exercise and keep your mind sharp by challenging and enhancing your coordination! You can make a friend here or bring your own, the more the merrier, so give a pair of tap shoes a try!
If you are interested please call me at (408) 985-0187.
We’ve had quite a few changes to the classes we offer as well as the addition of some new ones, so we are excited to share the new weekly class schedule which will also be available on our Facebook group and has been emailed out to the active roster.
Thank you so much for your passion, patience, and dedication to this studio and our dance family. We look forward to seeing you all after the break!
Love,
Tude <3
We were fortunate to be able to film this on a beautiful morning in the San Jose Rose Garden. These girls worked so hard and we could not be more proud to present this summer performance. You can also view this video on our YouTube page and Facebook page!
I’d like to give a special thank you to Sophie for editing and putting together this video, she has been an integral part of us being able to provide these beautiful performances online!
Unfortunately, this is one more year where we will have to continue on without our big show in June. We usually take the entire month of June off following the show, but since things are going to look a little different we decided to try something new for summer break here at Tude’s School of Dance.
Instead of taking one consecutive month off, we will be breaking up the four-week vacation over the course of the months June through September. The studio will close the first week of each of those months as most of them line up with a major holiday. For the specific dates, please see the graphic below or view them on our Facebook page or Instagram account.
We love you all and look forward to seeing more of your faces this summer!
Love,
Tude & Faculty
This was our first opportunity in over a year to safely perform together, and we are so grateful and excited to be able to share that experience with everyone! You can find this showcase on our YouTube channel, and on our Facebook page; We will leave the post open for sharing with others on Facebook.
I’d like to give a special thank you to those who were involved in the production of this performance as well as my dancers, who continue to pour their hearts into everything that they do here at the studio.
We here at Tude’s School of Dance want to take a moment to celebrate and thank you and your loved ones for an extremely successful first week of returning to in-person instruction! We feel so blessed to have been able to stick it out together this last year; We know that without your love and dedication to dancing with us this would not have been possible.
As California continues to open back up we look forward to gradually and safely expanding back to full capacity in the future. With that information, we would like to announce that beginning May 1st, 2021 we will return to our normal studio rates. Students who will continue to participate exclusively through Zoom will still apply the modified Zoom rates. We have included below the normal studio rates, which can also be found on our website (please be sure to enable images for this email).
We are so grateful to have finally reached this point together where we have a small taste of normalcy, both as individuals and as a dance family. We want to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for the part that each and every one of you has played in helping us reach this massive achievement.
Love,
Tude & Faculty
Finally! We are so happy and excited to announce that we are able to open at 25% capacity starting April 5th. The studio will be closed the weekend prior for the Easter Holiday.
For the larger classes, a rotation schedule will be made to alternate between coming into the studio and participating via Zoom from home. Right now, we can start with four dancers per class in the studio.
For those who have not been taking classes with Zoom but are ready to return in person, please call or email me as soon as possible so we can include you in the rotation schedule and let you know when your turn will be.
We have taken all precautions to ensure everyone’s safety. We ask that everyone please respect and abide by our new health and safety rules.
My faculty and I would like to thank you for your continued support over the last year as we’ve worked tirelessly to get to this point. Your love and patience have continually reminded us that even when we are apart from our dance family, we are still a part of a dance family!
Have a safe and happy Easter!
We are thrilled to be able to share our Tude’s Rhythmic Movements February 2021 Showcase video performance!
If you haven’t subscribed to our new YouTube channel, please do so you don’t miss any of the amazing videos we will be putting out this year! We are so proud of our girls for working so hard and participating in this performance.
I would also like to give a special thanks to our talented dancer, Sophie Grantham for her dedication and hard work in putting together these videos for the studio. We love you!
I, as well as my faculty, hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and wish you and your loved ones a happy and healthy new year!
I’d like to share this amazing video put together by Elaine Grantham and my two assistants, Sophie Grantham and Sarah Slaten. They came up with this great idea to spread more love and joy to all of our dancers. I am so proud of their enthusiasm and love for dance.
This is just the first of many virtual performances to come. Stay tuned for our next performance featuring my Rhythmic Movements groups. Let’s make 2021 a wonderful, awesome year as we continue dancing together.
Again, a huge thank you to Elaine, Sophie, and Sarah. I love you.
