If she wants to try the class, have her wear tights and a leotard or leggings and a tanktop/short-sleeved shirt.

Hello! Our studio reopens on Monday the 4th of January. We recommend bringing your daughter to our Saturday tap and ballet combo class at 11:00AM. The class is for children that have had some prior dance training. Your daughter will need to wear a leotard and tights or leggings, and have ballet and tap shoes in any color. You may both come and observe the last ten minutes or, because it is the first Saturday of the month, you may opt to stay and watch the entire class. We will discuss registration after the end of the first class with you.

We start our youngest students with combo classes of ballet and tap because ballet is the foundation of all dance. When children are closer to eight through ten years of age, they are placed in hour-long classes of either tap or ballet to further encourage the development of dance strength and training.

I am 32 years old, and in a former life I trained in ballet for many years and danced en pointe, but it’s been 10 years since I’ve danced seriously. Hello there! You may want to try our Ballet II class at 7:00pm on Monday nights. That is a teen//adult class and no one is en pointe yet. You may also want to try our Jazz II class at 8:00pm on Tuesday nights, which is also a teen/adult class. You may come to view either of the last five minutes of these classes, or you can come in and try for the drop-in rate of $20.00. That amount can then be applied to the monthly tuition when you decide to join. We will be open this week and look forward to seeing you at the studio!

You might like to try our advanced tap class in Wednesday nights. Class starts at 6:30 and we work on technique and combinations for the autumn session. You are welcome to try the class at the drop-in rate of $20.00 , or you can view the last five minutes of class for free, of course. Currently we do not offer a beginning ballet class for adults. We have garnered quite a bit of interest in bringing that class to our studio schedule though. We urge you to keep checking our website for updates as the summer session is the prime time to try new things.

Hi, I am 45 years old, and the only dance “training” I have had is swing/lindy, salsa, (club style, not ballroom) and beginning Argentine Tango – all rusty from a few years off. I would like to take an adult dance class, like Jazz, but I notice that the most beginning adult/teen Jazz class is the Jazz I/II class on Tuesdays at 8, and if I hover over it with my cursor, it says that 2 years of prior experience is required. I am guessing that the type of training I have had would not apply to this type of dance. Do you have any suggestions for a dance class for me? Thanks! Maria

Our combo classes are tap, tumbling, and ballet during a one-hour session on Saturdays mornings. We do not currently offer a one-hour ballet class for children under 10. If your daughter has no prior dance training, we encourage you to come in this Saturday at 12:00pm. Have her wear tights and a leotard in any colors, and we will be better able to assess her ability. My little sister Karite Tauala goes to your school and i must say the June 2nd performance was amazing. Ive been dancing most my life and Tude’s looks like the perfect place for me to get more into it. but im into Hip Hop (breaking, locking. poping, waving, tutting, tricking, and choreo) but theres no young adult or adult hip hop class. im only 19 with a large passion for my dancing and Tude’s is very family oriented which im also very big on. So if there is any thing that opens or something that would be great. let me know.

Hello! We are still in the process of rebuilding our website and apologize for any missing or incomplete information. We don’t have classes in June; our Summer Session starts in July and goes through to the end of August. All of our classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to come to our studio on Saturday and view the first or last five minutes of class. Your child could also drop in, the rate is $20.00 for the hour. Should you decide to join our class, the tuition is one 60 minute class per week at $60.00 a month. There is a registration fee of $25.00 per dancer. Thanks for your interest and your feedback. Hello! Our current hip-hop class is only on Monday nights from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. We are currently in rehearsals for our big summer performance. Normal classes will resume in July. The drop-in fee is $20.00 per child for the 60 minute class. Registration is $25.00 per child when you decide to join our studio. Tuition is $60.00 per month for one class a month. Your child may love coming to one of our combo classes on Saturday morning. We recommend the eleven am class and we are always accepting new students. This is a tap, ballet and tumbling class. We may be able to provide tap and ballet shoes- we have a few “loaner” pairs here. You are always welcome to watch the class on your child’s first day.

Currently we do not offer a beginning ballet class for adults. We have garnered quite a bit of interest in bringing that class to our studio schedule though. We urge you to keep checking our website for updates as the summer session is the prime time to try new things.

Hi, I am 45 years old, and the only dance “training” I have had is swing/lindy, salsa, (club style, not ballroom) and beginning Argentine Tango – all rusty from a few years off. I would like to take an adult dance class, like Jazz, but I notice that the most beginning adult/teen Jazz class is the Jazz I/II class on Tuesdays at 8, and if I hover over it with my cursor, it says that 2 years of prior experience is required. I am guessing that the type of training I have had would not apply to this type of dance. Do you have any suggestions for a dance class for me? Thanks! Maria

Our studio has reopened for classes today and we’d like to have you come in and try out the Tuesday jazz class. The current description needs to be updated. Bring some soft-soled shoes and clothes you can move freely in. Summer session is all about technique and is a great time to get a feel for the class and your ability. We look forward to seeing you!

Hello,
Our combo classes are tap, tumbling, and ballet during a one-hour session on Saturdays mornings. We do not currently offer a one-hour ballet class for children under 10. If your daughter has no prior dance training, we encourage you to come in this Saturday at 12:00pm. Have her wear tights and a leotard in any colors, and we will be better able to assess her ability. Our studio reopens today for summer session. We will be there at 4:00pm to answer any questions you may have. If you are unable to start until July 15th, that is also not a problem, we have open enrollment year-round. Please come by the studio five minutes before your chosen class and we will have the teacher meet with you. Wear clothes that you can move freely in. My little sister Karite Tauala goes to your school and i must say the June 2nd performance was amazing. Ive been dancing most my life and Tude’s looks like the perfect place for me to get more into it. but im into Hip Hop (breaking, locking. poping, waving, tutting, tricking, and choreo) but theres no young adult or adult hip hop class. im only 19 with a large passion for my dancing and Tude’s is very family oriented which im also very big on. So if there is any thing that opens or something that would be great. let me know.

Hello! We are still in the process of rebuilding our website and apologize for any missing or incomplete information. We don’t have classes in June; our Summer Session starts in July and goes through to the end of August. All of our classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to come to our studio on Saturday and view the first or last five minutes of class. Your child could also drop in, the rate is $20.00 for the hour. Hello! Our current hip-hop class is only on Monday nights from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. We are currently in rehearsals for our big summer performance. Normal classes will resume in July. The drop-in fee is $20.00 per child for the 60 minute class. Registration is $25.00 per child when you decide to join our studio. Tuition is $60.00 per month for one class a month. Your child may love coming to one of our combo classes on Saturday morning. We recommend the eleven am class and we are always accepting new students. This is a tap, ballet and tumbling class. We may be able to provide tap and ballet shoes- we have a few “loaner” pairs here. You are always welcome to watch the class on your child’s first day.
